I drove up from Perth yesterday to install some new antivirus on my fathers computer, he wanted me to support local and buy it at Northam. The cheapest they had was Trend Micro at $49 for 1 device. I purchased it and installed on my fathers computer.Im back in Perth and happened to be in Office Works and noticed they had exactly the same product but for 3 devices for $28. With such a huge difference in price my father today rang up to enquire if the price was correct. He spoke to a Jody who afetr he explained the above became verry rude and hung up the phone on him, my father rang straight back and told Jody that its not nice to hang up on people and that she was verry rude. To that end he said she was the type of person who wouldn't let you get a word in edgewise and after he told her that he was going to put this on Google review she implied she couldn't care less!So much for supporting local. We have a reciept to show and anyone can go on Office Works website and check for yourself ther price !

These guys have a lot of 5 star reviews already, and after an initial snag with the online ordering of a new air con unit, I got to experience fantastic service from the team (shout out to Amy & Paul the driver) to resolve my hiccup. Really impressive, I will remember to reach out to them again in the future because their knowledge and service is above and beyond. Thanks!

Bought a TV from Rockingham Betta and asked the sales person to price check with jb hifi and was told the price was the same so I checked when I returned home and found that jb was selling the same TV for $50 less so the sales person clearly lied about the price. Will not use Betta again

Got a brass monkey fridge when ours broke on the way up. Tony helped us out big time and guided us to which one best suited us and wasn't pushy like other shops are.Absolutely amazing service from everyone especially Tony.Amazing prices, was surprised everything was the same price as it would be if you bought it in Perth, thanks again Tony!!
