Got a brass monkey fridge when ours broke on the way up. Tony helped us out big time and guided us to which one best suited us and wasn't pushy like other shops are.Absolutely amazing service from everyone especially Tony.Amazing prices, was surprised everything was the same price as it would be if you bought it in Perth, thanks again Tony!!

Absolutely rude customer service had my partner and a friend go into store 19/11/21 The big fella (not sure of name)was completely rude to my partner. Basically said that as women she knows nothing and if my friend needs real help to come see him, then as walking out was again rude towards her!!! Will not be going there at all after tht experience

i went into betta today looking for a xmas present and instantly got kicked out for doing nothing im twelve years old and i got a swear word S$#T head thrown at me bye one of the staff i will now not ever be going back and i think that the employee that said that should think about his actions i dont even want to give them one star but i need to to post this so.....

The Staff are bloody legends. We had a broken fridge and were about to leave on a camping trip. They gave me a brand new one in exchange under warranty and we didn't have to cancle our trip. Thanks!

All the staff at Betta Electrial Broome are fantastic. Had a problem with a fridge (not even purchased there) and they helped me out on the spot. As a travellers and visitor to Broome they were keen to make sure all was ok for the rest of my journey. I highly recommend these guys.
